CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in starts at 2:00pm mountain time. Check Out is a 11:00am. Guest not out after 11:00am will be charged ½ daily roomrate.

DEPOSITS & GUARANTEES
• Your reservation will be held by a 50% deposit secured by your credit card. Cancellations made less that 7 days prior to your arrival date will be charge 50% of total reservation. Cancellations made the day before or no shows will be charged full price.
• All room rates are for single and double occupancy (additional guests in the Mogollon or Mimbres Room will be charged
 an extra $20 per person).

• Minimum two night stay on the weekend.
• We only except VISA or MasterCard
• We do not provide AAA, AARP, Government or other discounts.

EXTRAS
• We are gay friendly.
• Well behaved children are always welcome

• Friendly dogs are allowed with a $15/per dog additional charge and must be under supervision and control at all times.

• Gallery 400 is a non-smoking facility (we do have designated smoking areas outside) and a drug free property.
