• The Gila House is a non-smoking facility.
• A deposit of 50 percent is required to confirm reservations. A full refund is available for cancellations made
with 14 days advance notice.
• Well behaved children are always welcome
• Minimum stay is two nights.  Single night stays are available for an additional charge of $15.
• Friendly pets are allowed with a $15/pet additional charge and must be under supervision at all times.
• All room rates are for single and double occupancy (additonal guests in the Mogollon Room will be charged
and extra $15 per person).
